Sebastián Álvarez - a former Chilean Air Force pilot and now one of Red Bull’s most daring athletes. In his wingsuit, he achieved what seems impossible: flying right over the crater of the active Villarrica volcano in Chile, through clouds of smoke and fire, just a few meters above the fiery mouth of the Earth.
This stunt was more than just a flight. It was a dialogue with nature. Where the Earth breathes flames, a human being literally passed through the element itself. The altitude, the heat, the toxic gases - all of it turns this moment into a symbol of absolute courage and trust in his wings.
When you witness such a moment, you realize that a human can become part of nature and its elements...if only will be open enough for it, not just physically, but spiritually as well.
